Most thorough eye exam I've had in years. Dr. Bynum explained everything very clearly. Very kind and compassionate staff, highly recommend.

I really don't understand some of these reviews, but I owe it to Dr. Bynum for probably saving my life. One of the tests that she ran on me showed results that were consistent with a brain tumor. Dr. Bynum calmly explained the situation to me and referred me to a Dr. in Nashville, TN. About a month later, I had surgery to remove a tumor on my pituitary gland. An MRI showed that it was as big as a lemon. Thanks to Dr. Bynum's knowlege and skills, I am healthy and blessed!

My dr. set an appt up with Bynum after I told her my eye went blurry occasionally and my eyeglasses that I bought from Walmart had the wrong prescription in them. I looked in several of their testing machines and Bynum checked my eyes. She said I had to wait and get results back from a recent blood test before she would write the prescription for my glasses. I waited. Blood test came back. I heard nothing from Bynum's office so I called. Whoever I was talking to told me I had diabetes (which I don't) and then she wanted to set me up another appointment to get a script for eyeglasses. I said I already had an exam. It should not take TWO appointments to get a script. She said she would check and call me back. No one ever called me back. I gave up a week ago that anyone would ever call me back. Also because of maculate degeneration, Bynum recommended Macu Health vitamins which they sold. The price was shocking. $60 bucks for 90 day supply. I asked if I could get them cheaper elsewhere and the receptionist said, "I don't know. You're welcome to look around but I do know that Dr. Bynum does not make any profit off the vitamins." After getting home and looking them up online I found the same bottle for around $20 at WalMart. They are most certainly profiting from them. I feel swindled and lied to. I don't think my eye health matters whatsoever to this outfit. It is all about money. Now I have to pay someone else for an exam to get some glasses. Zero stars.
