I have always been very anxious when going to the eye Doctor. Emily was empathetic & patient with me. She explained everything and reassured me. Dr Brooke was wonderful. The office is spotless and there was no wait. I need to go back for a small procedure and hope I can schedule it when the dog is there!

They don't accept military retiree insurance. They'll call it a discount insurance even though it provides a lot. Eye clinics are a dime a dozen and I can take my business somewhere else that doesn't think of me as a low value person because I retired from the military.

I arrived about 45 minutes earlier appointment was at 2:00 they call me back about 40 minutes later staff was very nice. What i didn't like they didn't give me my billing receipt and I paid my complete bill that was strange. I called immediately and asked them to send my billing receipt. They didn't even send me my email bill. So that's a huge problem for me.
