Whitley & Hughes

My son got scratched in the eye at school yesterday, it looked pretty bad. Called up there this morning right when they opened and they said to come on in. First, the staff was so friendly to me and my son. 2nd Dr. Stan was amazing with my son! He strikes up a conversation with my son has soon as he walks in! I absolutely loved that! He explained everything to me and I'm just going to say, this practice has new patients with our family of 7! I am so pleased. Just an amazing group of people I appreciate all y'all did this morning 10/7/21

Have been clients there for 13 yrs, but the office staff can not be talked to. They must have more important issues to deal with than patient care. (Asked them to call insurance for an authorization to keep old medicine...but was told "I'm not even supposed to do this") Well, happy for the overworked Dr's who have staff helping to lighten the work load. Just chased off 2 more clients.

Extremely friendly staff. Good service and all around nice place. Got my last 2 pairs of glasses from this business and I got them in a timely fashion. So I would like to say thank you to the ataff for making me feel like I was someone. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend

Dr. Hughes is very thorough. He explains everything and answers any questions that you might have. The staff is very nice and it is a warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommend to all. Wish he could be my doctor for everything!
