Very professional and courteous staff. My appointment was prompt, on time and seemed to be a very coordinated effort to get patients in, comfortable and out in a relatively fast time frame. The staff was very comforting and made sure i was comfortable and relaxed for surgery. Dr. Drumright was kind and professional as well. He was very informative about my options, explained them well and put no pressure on me to make a choice. Surgery went very well and i am very pleased with every aspect of this surgery.

When I first arrived there was a line of folks waiting to check in, and the office was obviously busy but it only took a few minutes to be checked in and when I got to the waiting room, I was very surprised to see how many the large waiting room accommodated, and how many were ahead of me! However, only after what seemed like 3 minutes max, I was called back to see Dr.Drumright. The entire visit was surprisingly quick and easy, but I never felt rushed and had ample time to hear the doctor explain the procedure I was there to learn about. I was never rushed and all of my questions were politely answered with time to spare. This visit was so much better than what I had anticipated! It was a quick, informative and all around pleasant visit. Thanks!
