I was told I had the funds to cover any of the glasses on the wall, when I told them what I wanted . ( 1 ) no lines bifocals ( 2 ) transition lens Go to pickup glasses and they have bifocal Lines and obstruct my vision', and then they tell me I agreed on lines, when I didn't, I never ordered glasses with lines my entire life, now they tell me I don't have the funds For no lines. I feel that they messed up And ordered the wrong type of lenses and won't take the loss, so they make me take the loss now I have to go a year without glasses because of their error

I got my exam and the prescription glasses were wrong, when they came in. I told the staff one eye was very blurry making my other eye blurry and giving me headaches. The staff said I had to adjust for a week of course I tried. I asked for another exam because I knew something was wrong I never experienced that before. The doctor was so arrogant he refused a new exam said all the numbers were right. I tried 3 separate times for him to give me another exam. Then they dropped it. So I have brandnew, paid for glasses ,I can never use. I went to a Different company and no adjustment was necessary like everyother time! Advice: Listen to the patient. They know when something is not comfortable .

Last glasses that I purchased from Vision Source , at a ridiculous price , were handed to me without adjusting & no case.. Simply handed me the glasses & walked away. I stood there wondering what had just happened.. After 10 minutes... I left & wont go back..

Short wait time, friendly staff and doctor. They were all very informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
