I called and asked a few questions about their policy on insurance, price and Tammy was so helpful so I booked an appointment. I was greeted, instructed where to begin checking in. Allison was very nice and quickly checked me in and all paperwork was fast. The Dr Meikle was so patient, understanding and didn't rush me to select the better view. Very nice Dr! Then I was greeted again to select the frames. Eric was absolutely well informed, patient, helpful and so professional. I was given the best eyeglass experience ever. I can't say enough about their attention to the customer, professionalism and support. Definitely my new eyeglass provider.

Good experience! I had progressives and I felt like I couldn't read. Kristin and Amber were both very understanding and easy to talk to. Jamie came from the lab to help me and he updated me of the process. When I picked them up Amber and Kristin were there together this time- I had a tough day at work and I literally said the words "Thank you I am so happy!" And I am- I can read! The smallest print. Thank God for the gift of vision and these people for being caring.

Absolutely best eye dr. I've been to in years. She explained every little detail to me and is very kind. Sharon is the best there is!

Every time I have visited this store I have gotten truly amazing customer service from everyone there. I didn't get my glasses from them this year due to a change in insurance and they still went above and beyond to help me with the adjustment on my glasses purchased somewhere else. They never make me feel like I am bothering them, and they are patient and kind. That type of service is rare these days. I will definitely be back, I found some really cute frames I want!

I have been to 2 others eye centers and they could not get a correct prescription on me. Went out to eyeglass world they got my prescription correct the very 1st time The eye Dr was amazing answered all my questions. I picked my glasses up they are perfect. The staff is awesome. They have gained a customer and my whole family.

I went to Eyeglass World this morning and was greeted by Eric (very polite). He started the process of getting my new glasses from a prescription done in Corbin, KY, no problem. He let me browse through the selection of glasses with no pressure at all. My visit was quite enjoyable!!! Thank you Eric

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit at this location! First, Eric was so welcoming and showed me where to go and was very polite. Tammy was very informative and patient while doing my eye exam and Dr. Meikel (I hope I spelled that right) was very sweet and also very kind and patient! James, was absolutely incredible and had such a good vibe about him and really nice and have a great sense of humor! He broke down all the cost for me and what things were going to end tail and really worked with a fellow working class person such as myself as far as discounts go! Both James and Amber were very nice when I came back to pick up my glasses and really made me feel like I made the right choice on the frames I got! I would 100% recommend this place to anybody! By the way if they have the frames in store you get your glasses the day of! I've never had that happen and James made it happen so thank you again everybody at this location!

Amber is absolutely awesome! Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable, highly recommend going to see her for all your eyeglass needs!! She made one pair that were perfect, went to another location for my second pair (big mistake) couldn't get them right so I went back to Amber and she corrected their mistake the first time! Will definitely be back!
