MY HUSBAND HAD GOTTEN A PIECE OF METAL IN HIS EYE ON A SATURDAY, WE CALLED MANY OTHER EYE DOCTORS ECT BEFORE FINALLY CALLING AND LEAVING A MESSAGE ON THEIR PARIS EMERGENCY LINE. WE WERE ABOUT TO GIVE UP ON ANYONE CALLING US BACK AND FIXING TO MAKE THE HORRIBLE DRIVE TO A NASHVILLE ER AND JUST AS WE WERE ABOUT TO LEAVE, MY PHONE RANG AND IT WAS DR.DAVID. Have you ever went into a health care office and instantly had your "Spidey scenes" go wild? That was our results. The reception desk could not care less, the man checking my eyes would rather be anywhere else and the Dr. acted like a window salesman much more interested in up seleing us than showing what would be needed. We left full speed ahead and went to someone in Paducah that cared more about repairing my eyes than selling me the latest and greatest whats-may-call-it. My surgery there was a complete success with 20-20 distant vision and 20-25 reading. NO, I would NOT recommend Loden Vision Center in Paris, TN.

I recently came to Loden Vision Center - Paris for a LASIK evaluation, and since, had my surgery and returned back to Paris for my post-operative visit. From the moment I walked in the door, the front desk ladies were kind and courteous, gave me clear check-in instructions. It is nice to walk into a medical facility and immediately see kind, smiling faces. In the clinical area, the technicians and other staff were all very polite and professional. The surgery counselor gave me an ample amount of information to better prepare me for my surgery and was very knowledgeable. From my evaluation to my post-op, Dr. Carrico made me feel less anxious about the surgery and celebrated with me in my new vision post surgery, and I am so glad he will be doing all of my vision care from here out. Overall, I give the LVC - Paris location a 5 star rating and would go higher if I could. I have recommended this business to all friends and family. I feel I cannot adequately put into words how grateful I am for the care I received at this business.

*Had an appointment at this office and was disappointed by the attitude of one of the technicians. She was condescending, dismissive, and overall quite rude. She mentioned having 30 years of experience, but unfortunately, that didn't reflect in her patient care. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and I didn't experience much of either here. (She should consider retiring )*
