Like a lot of these reviews, I realized I forgot to pack my contacts while in town visiting and this office was amazing. Even though they didn't have a full box of my prescription available, they gave me a trial pair free of charge and even offered to leave them outside for me if I couldn't get there before they closed. Tourist friendly and super friendly and helpful overall!

Phenomenal experience with Dr. Whaley's team! Last fall I was in town with my family and I realized upon waking up in Pigeon Forge the morning after we arrived that I had forgotten to pack my contacts! I found this office online and called them to explain my dilemma. After verifying my prescription, they said they had trial pairs to get me through the rest of our vacation. They absolutely saved our trip and I will forever be so grateful! They were so kind, professional, prompt, and understanding! If I were a local I would 100% become a patient here!

Saved the Day! Lost a contact while on vacation in Pigeon Forge. Called in and was kindly and promptly set up with what I needed the same day. Would highly recommend!

Although we are not from the area this place win us over by saving our vacation when I forgot my disposal lens and had to use some old glasses for the first Sunday we were in town. Called them early Monday morning and they were SO helpful in quickly providing trial sets of lenses for our stay. This was so convenient and made a huge difference I our trip. Thanks so much for being so helpful and easy to work with!!!!

What a wonderful blessing this place is! While on vacation I realized I forgot my bag with my contacts. Denise was so helpful in reaching out to me right away the next morning before they even opened to see how she could help me. Thankfully I had my prescription in my purse! She worked with the doctor to find a contact that was as close as possible to my current prescription/brand when I told her I was desperate to make anything work so I could see on vacation. They gave me a trail pair and literally saved my vacation in more ways than they know. Ironically enough, they gave me a contact that worked BETTER than my current brand (less headaches, comfortable eyes). So I will be definitely switching to them then next time I order my contacts! Thank you for being my superheroes!

Was visiting from out of town for my brothers wedding and was in a dilemma with a missing contact. Called this clinic and the receptionist was so kind and found me sample lenses to get me through my trip at no cost. Would highly recommend if i lived in this area as they went above and beyond to help.

I cannot thank them enough! We forgot my son's contacts. We had to have a prescription emailed to them from our doctor. They were able to give us some trials to get us through while on vacation. No other place would do what they do. Thank you so much for being so kind! I would highly recommend them for all your vision needs.
