I came into the vision center today to see what my vision insurance benefits would cover and Casey and Wendy were so helpful with guiding me through what my benefits would cover! They went out of their way to assist me even knowing that I was not ready to purchase today! I am very impressed with their customer service and with the brands they have available! I will definitely be back to purchase my glasses once I have had my exam! They made sure that I had all of my questions answered and I left knowing that when I get ready to purchase that they will be there to take care of me! I highly recommend this vision center to anyone looking to have their needs taken care of!

Wendy and Casey are phenomenal!! In the middle of me being checked out a rude customer came in yelling at them. They handled it professionally and gave me the most amazing care. After the incident Casey helped me pick out my glasses (I'm very indecisive) btw I got these ADORABLE pink ones. Wendy did a phenomenal job explaining things to me and when I was having insurance issues (which was my fault) she waited patiently. Absolutely amazing I feel like I walked out with a few friends. Thank you so much WENDY AND CASEY!!!

My 70 year old mother recently went in for a visit. And it was horrible. First and for most, the doctor would not let her speak. Most of the time he spoke over and interrupted her. Again she is elderly and needs to be heard. It's hard to hear and she needed the time to get her words out. She struggled to be able to talk to him. Most of the time his back was turned to her. After eventually describing her situation, the doctor responded with "well ma'am you are a hot mess." Completely rude. Furthermore, Dr Joey did not do a proper test on her. He asked her to look at a few slides and was done. Extremely unprofessional, and would not recommend!
