Dr Mitchell and staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. I had an emergency recently and Dr Mitchell took excellent care of me, even called to check on me after the visit. There's no other clinic I would see. I recommend them 100%.

Overall very sub-par experience: Exams were standard/okay. Customer service and protocol need improvement. i got contact trial pairs to see which brand fit best. They held my prescription (for which i had already paid) hostage, and refused to give it to me, even when pressed multiple times, until i decided which trials fit best. They wouldn't give any reason why. Reflecting on the whole situation now, i distinctly get the impression they didn't want to hand over the prescription because they didn't want me to have the option to purchase contacts elsewhere until they had the chance to try and sell me on ordering in-house through them, which i may have done until they were unreasonable and controlling about it. i paid for the exam, so why not give the prescription promptly?? Anyway, waited a while for trials to be shipped. By the time they shipped and i had time to try & decide which ones i preferred, it had been 3 weeks since the exam. After finally getting through on the phone (often no answer, and their system funnels you into texting option instead) to advise my preferred brand & have them email the prescription, i let them know i wanted the prescription issue date/expiry date to reflect the current date, since they delayed giving the prescription to me, and because they only make their prescriptions valid for 1 year instead of 2 years like other places. So, i wanted the full year from date of receipt of the prescription. Receptionist said she couldn't do that herself, but she'd talk to the doctor and get back to me. Half hour before close, still no word, so i called back. She said she talked to the doctor, but hadn't had a chance to send it, but doctor advised they COULD update the date. i asked once again at the end of the convo to reiterate that they were in fact going to update the date. She said yes, and she'd send it right over. I get the email literally at close on the dot, and wouldn't you know, the prescription date was never updated. Needless to say, won't be utilizing their office moving forward. Do not recommend.

I thought we were getting pretty good service but once they referred us to a specialist, their whole demeanor towards their patient changed. They've been nothing but rude about him getting his prescription through his specialist but getting the physical glasses through them since they are closer. They refuse to let us see his prescription and treated me like I was incompetent.

Lets start with the doctor is wonderful, she is remembered me in the two year gap and is a very sweetlady, but this is the second time I've gone to them for glasses first time after 3 weeks ihad called to see if glasses had come in and they had been there week and no call to come pick up. This time I was seen on the 7th of March, picked out my pair, paid for the glasses to be ordered the following morning since it was pay day. On the 26th call to see if they had come in. NOPE! hadn't even ordered them ,so I was told they'd order them that day, just went in today(4/5) to see if they had come in, they had but had the wrong script so they had to be sent back, with no possible estimated day they would be in. I wouldn't be upset if there had been some sort of communication of what was going on , like what would have happened had I not called the first time ? So great doc, but would not recommend nor will I be going back

I went in to get my glasses fitted. The lady who did them for me was rushing and said they seemed fine and didn't adjust them at all. They felt loose, but I told myself if I had any problems I'd come back and get them fixed. I try not to give anyone a bad review or bad service review. But she wasn't very friendly.... Just pointing that out. I will be coming back to get them fixed as soon as I am able ( time-wise )

I am new to TN. I have eye issues and was very nervous about going to a new eye Dr after 30 years. The Dr was very compassionate and took alot of time with me. I am blessed to have found a Dr that will be there for me. Highly recommend.

Best eye Dr have been going to her for years and now she has her own practice, been treating my glaucoma and just a great Dr.

When I started loosing my site for no known reason, she came in on her day off to help me. After several tests and lots of patience on her part- she discovered what was wrong and saved my eyes!
