20/20 Optical Inc.

I cannot thank 20/20 optical enough for helping me get some contacts for the weekend. I was in town for my daughters cheer competition and my contact tore somehow and I'm a -6 and of course I left my extras and glasses at home so I was struggling very very bad. Called my eye Dr back home and they faxed over my prescription and within 10 mins I was already heading to 20/20 Optical where they gave me some samples to get me through the weekend. It was such a HUGE blessing to me. Thanks so so much for being so kind and helping me out and thank you to the sweet lady working the front desk. Every business needs someone like her.

I've been going to 20/20 vision since I was a kid. When I was about 15 I went in and when the older male eye doctor pulled me into the examine room for him to check my eyes we started to talk about my name which means "little bean" in which he said that "everyone must call me little beaner". I cannot understate how incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful it was to hear a doctor call me that. At the time I was every young and naive and didn't even know how to respond. Three years have passed and it still doesn't sit right with me. I will never forget his smug smile after he said it, as if daring me to say anything back. Any doctor should know it is NEVER acceptable to call a patient (or anyone in any contexts) that, especially a young hispanic teen. I'm writing this to not only let the doctor know that it wasn't right and that I will never forgot how dehumanizing that was, but also to warn other poc. Please learn how to treat human beings as such.

I just had the most wonderful experience with this optical store today!! 100% recommend them. I'm On vacation here from out of state and my child's glasses broke and I needed a frame screw and a new nose piece so he could wear them again. There was a wonderful, nice young lady working there who took the glasses back and had them 100% repaired within 10 minutes with the frame screwed together and the nose piece replaced. I had already had two other optical stores Tell me they couldn't fix the nose piece but she did it today! I can't thank them enough or praise them enough for their kindness and customer service!

What a wonderful place! We lost a pair of glasses while on vacation, and when we called they helped us right out! They had them done SUPER fast and the kids were able to get back to the fun! (they have to be able to see all those bears!) Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

Echoing what other 1 stars have said, Jessica was awesome to deal with when trying to get some help on a damaged lens that needed fixing ASAP. Once I got there, the older lady basically treated me like a junkie trying to get their next fix. Super rude, and not very professional. My fault for not realizing wanting to see clearly was such a vice that she clearly objects to. I applaud her moral convictions, at least. Anyways, I got my replacement lenses online and saved 100 bucks.

My hubby accidentally broke his glasses on our first day in Pigeon Forge. We went to 20/20 Optical and they were absolutely great! They fixed his glasses like new and did not charge us!! Amazing customer service and a true blessing!! They even taught us the correct way to pronounce the name of this friendly city - Sevierville!

Dr. Young was beyond helpful and kind. I am visiting from out of town and left my contacts at home and she helped me out on such short notice. Great customer service!

This is the best place to go if you need an eyeglass repair! Kathy is the sweetest and such a ray of sunshine! She makes everyone feel so welcome! Thank you so much for fixing my sons glasses while we were on vacation
