I was impressed by the speed, efficiency and friendliness of the staff! I was seen on time (if not a few minutes before my scheduled appointment!) The staff explained everything in detail, and arranged another appointment for my cataract surgery with Baptist Eye - all before I left the store. Everyone was very professional, and I felt like they were truly concerned about my well-being. Dr. Archambeault was very kind and reassuring, and explained details to me. I will definitely go back for eye care!

I was a little concerned when I learned the doctor would be seeing me virtually. But both ladies that helped me in person were so nice and helpful. Marjorie explained everything very well to me during all the tests or exams. When we connected virtually with Dr. Archambeault it turned out to be a very nice experience and interesting that she could check my needed prescription virtually. The Dr. Was very pleasant and made sure to ask if I had any questions . Kimberly was very nice and helpful as well when it was time to pick out frames. Will definitely recommend to thers. Thank you!
