I've been seeing Dr. Fitzgerald for years, and he is an amazing eye doctor! I had another great visit today. As a digital marketing professional, I read reviews constantly, and I've noticed that some people are frustrated that Dr. Fitzgerald no longer accepts insurance. Unfortunately, insurance companies often promise the world to consumers while underpaying providers, leaving both patients and doctors in difficult situations. Personally, I gladly pay cash for great service, and Dr. Fitzgerald has been my trusted eye doctor for over a decade. Thanks, Doc!

I went here today to get an appointment for my son. We have been here before and never had any issues until today. The office does not take insurance of any kind now because the insurance companies were not reimbursing the office and we would have to pay out of pocket. I found that odd since we have insurance to apply for the eye exam.I did find out that he is retiring soon and if that is the case he needs to leave so someone that cares about their patients can take over the office.This is down right unacceptable behavior.

I've not been happy with the opthalmologist & optometrist I've been seeing so I gave Dr Fitzgerald a try. I was very happy with him & everyone in his office. I haven't received the new glasses I ordered with his prescription but am hopeful.

Doctor is very nice. However, my copay is $20 and have never paid another eye doctor more than that. Suddenly when checking out my total was $75, when asked they stated the extra charges were fitting fees... Beware of the EXTRA FEES!!!! Nothing posted to notify you before hand!

Very disappointed how they handled my and my 2 girls appointment yesterday. When I called for an appointment, they said they don't accept 3 family members in one day. Then I was accommodated & was scheduled 3:30 and 4. But then I received a call that we are 30 mins apart. Got there before 3:30 as schedule with other 2 patients ahead of us. My first daughter was seen at ~4pm. 3 other patients came later when we were there. Me and my other daughter was not seen until 4:45. The last person that was seen before us they said needs to leave before 5 because a school meeting. We are never asked if we also have an appointment, the staff just assumed we also don't have a schedule after that. RUDE!!!! Why can they not see my 2 girls and probably skipped me with one person only. They could have scheduled as last in the day, not make us wait that long. We have a photo session after that appointment at 5 and we were late and dinner after because it was my husbands birthday. IT WAS NOT FAIR HOW WE WERE TREATED!!!! I don't have problem with the doctors here but our schedule was not respected at all!!

I went to have my glaucoma numbers check, the numbers were not good, I need a refill on my lumigan, he said he could write the prescription but he would not. Very disappointed in this doctor. Also had an appointment and they called me the day before and canceled it.

Stay away!!! He is a crook. He does test that he doesn't tell you he is doing that your insurance doesn't cover. Then tells you after your done. And expects you to pay. I'm sorry i didn't want it done you should have asked me before you did it.

DO NOT GO AND GET EYES EXAMINED THEY CHARGE AN EXTRA FEE AND DO NOT TELL YOU, MY CO PAY IS $10 AND GOT CHARGED $25 DID NOT KNOW WHAT EXTRA CHARGE WAS FOR UNTIL I TALKED TO VISION CENTER! WOULD GIVE A 0 BUT NOT ABLE TO PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY! WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE PERCRIPTION UNLESS YOU PAY THE EXTRA CHARGE!!
