Amazing customer service. Very affordable! Very friendly. I may just have to drive up here every time to get new glasses or eye exams

If I could give this man a NEGATIVE I would. I bought a pair of glasses with bifocals the frame was small so he talked me into a Line bifocal. He told me I had 90 days to return them and take the line off. I was okay with that. I returned due to I wore them daily and just didn't like the line. That's when he changed. He was rude and condescending to me. I repeated myself not meaning to ~ I just said I couldn't get use to the line and would like it gone. He said "you already said that" ... then I said I would just keep them, then he cursed at me and said "you didn't answer my .... question". I have at least 3 members in my family that wear glasses... I would Never recommend this company. I had my own business for many years and you just don't talk to customers in this manor.

I went here for a long time with my dad. He was never super rude to my dad but I didn't like him very much. His vibe is very uncomfortable for women. Also peep how his responses are absolutely AGAINST HIPA giving away information about others visits.

GREAT EXPERIENCE Decided for the first time ever to get prescribed for contacts today. I called, he answered immediately with a very friendly demeanor. He told me to go ahead and come in as soon as id like. I drove there and he greeted me with a big smile. He did the eye-exam, taught me how to put them in and take em' back out. He was patient with me and extremely personable. We shared some good laughs and he sent me on my way. I'm loving these contacts and couldn't be happier with my experience. Not to mention the incredible price compared to every other place I called.

I will be coming back to Dr.Lane for how kind and willing he was to help me while I was in a pinch. I suddenly got a double eye infection and had no glasses to get me through. He was the only place in Sevierville I could find that would have glasses ready for me when I really needed them. Service was great and enjoyed our conversation. He was nice, helpful, and I will be coming back. Thank you again Dr.Lane!

I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. I had just left the DMV and failed my eye exam, with no appointment I walked in and asked for help. This man greeted me right away and within 60 seconds I was in his chair getting a eye exam. He had my glasses ready in 20 minutes but didn't leave for over an hour because he was so amazing to talk to. Highly recommend
