I wanted to share my thankful feelings for the wonderful care I received from Dr Wise during a recent eye impact emergency. When I called his office, his staff handled the emergency with sincere compassion and Dr Wise kindly and without hesitation took me in immediately to remove the steel impact from my cornea. He also kindly performed a needed 2nd & then 3rd procedure to remove additional rust debris. He even willingly came in on his Saturday morning off to do the unexpected 3rd procedure to kindly ease my suffering. How many doctors would be willing to do that, and on his 4th of July weekend break too. Dr Wise then continued to maintained a close follow-up to make sure my eye healed & recovered without complications. I strongly recommend Dr Wise & sincerely thank him & his staff for their professional care.

Perfect! Dr. Wise is amazing. He was very light & jokey with me which really helped since I was acting like an uncomfortable weirdo (I don't like doctor's offices). He went through his whole process explaining things and allowing me to ask questions. I never felt rushed, which I think is rare for a doctor. On top of that, his entire staff was also amazing. All of the ladies were so friendly and beyond helpful. We had a ton of laughs and they really helped me understand not only the paperwork, but also picking out a pair of glasses.
I don't think I've ever been to a doctor's office where the entire support staff and the doctor were all 5 stars. Rare gem! I would definitely recommend.
(I also went at the end of the day when I'm sure they were all exhausted, so my 5 star treatment speaks volumes.)

Dr. Wise was helpful, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I was in the area on vacation, had issues with my eyes, and they worked me in the schedule. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of my appointment. If I lived closer, I would see Dr. Wise on a regular basis.
Also, the office staff was remarkable. They were helpful and very friendly. I immediately felt comfortable at the office.

A previous injury to my daughter's eye became aggravated while on vacation. We were referred to Dr. Wise and he got us in the same day. Dr. Wise was extremely thorough and patient with my daughter, who was rather apprehensive about the visit. He even provided some hiking location and restaurant tips!
We did self pay (practice was out of network). The final price for the visit was very reasonable, especially considering the thoroughness of the exam and emergency nature.
The friendly and efficient office staff was the icing on the cake!

On Wednesday, May 12th my husband and I saw our new optometrist. We have nothing but praise for Dr. Timothy C Wise and crew! I called on Wednesday, appointments on Thursday! We needed them to fill out papers for us. The hubby dropped them off, and before he made it halfway home they called to say they were filled out and ready for pickup! And our visit(s) were very thorough! We are extremely pleased, to say the least. The staff are welcoming and the office seems State of the art.

The staff and Dr. Wise are absolutely wonderful to work with. We was visiting Pigeon Forge when my son got coal dust in his eye at Dollywood! Everyone at Dr. Wise's office was so helpful and considerate to work him into their very busy schedule as a walk in exception. Our prayers were answered that we wouldn't have to take him to Children's Hospital Emergency room. We can never thank them enough!!! I highly recommend them!
