I've never been to an eye doctor until an eye emergency brought me to Dr. Whitmire. I found this office to be relaxing and professional. Dr. Whitmire went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.
Don't let the front desk try to talk you into paying your entire visit upfront when leaving. Tell them to bill your insurance and send you the bill.

My eye doctor passed away; so I had to do research to find a new opthamologist. I am so glad my research brought me to Dr. Bonner's office. Dr. Bonner is very patient, very kind, and listens. I have nothing but respect and great words for the entire practice. I do have a follow-up appointment; so I will be seeing him again soon. His staff; all of them are so helpful, very kind, understanding, and all very professional. I hope they know how much they are appreciated. I highly recommend

I first went here and then I was at the office in Dayton TN And I had my eye surgery at the Rhea County medical center. The Doctor's were great and so was everyone else that was involved in any way to make sure that I knew I was safe and comfortable with every aspect of the surgery and although I will admit that I was a little bit "scared" because of the unknown, I was after all having surgery on my eyes but I also knew that I had nothing to worry about and everything went great, as it should have. Thanks again for everything and I definitely will come back here again if I ever need any further concerns about my eyes. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone and give them Five Stars Anytime.

Terribly upset as a long time customer to try to schedule an appointment online and then never hear from anyone. Call today and confirm that the guy I see is retired meaning they may not accept my insurance anymore. Plus, not as helpful in scheduling anymore. Didn't feel valued as I used to. Such a shame!

You can never get an appointment unless its 6 months away! They told me if my daughter was having problems call and they would take care of her. I called and they couldn't see her for 6 months! Wth! That is ridiculous! We will never go back! Also her glasses fell apart not even a week after having them... oh and the secretary was very rude on the phone!

I went February 9th 2021 i paid cash for that visit. a year later now I get a statement from blue cross saying that they paid yet I never received a refund I called the office and I was assured they always mailed out refunds but I was told my refund was applied to my deductible . I had blue cross call them and guess what I will be receiving a refund crooked crooked office staff
