Avoid at all cost. Merchant services fees have always been paid by the business and, more than ever, we live in a digital society. This doctor is trying to maximize his profits by charging a 3.5% service fee on all credit and debit card purchases. Like the working man who can't afford insurance should have to pay it to help keep his pockets lined. As a solution to avoid the fee for all, we (parents and four kids) said we would go to the ATM after the visit and get the money. That way one adult could get out at the ATM and back at the office. No, even though he had all of our information, Dr. Reeves insisted that we load back up and get payment in advance. Not to mention there was no way to know how much money we would need before knowing if we would need glasses. We just cancelled the appointments for the uninsured adults. Then we were told that Dr. Reeves decided to run an errand. I would recommend staying far away from this place. Fayette Family Vision Care does not charge a service fee; try there instead. Dr.Reeves is one wonderful Eye Dr! He took my son in during after hours and saved his eye sight in one eye. All the ladies there working make you feel like your family! I cannot say enough about them .
