Horrible experience! After an eye exam my lenses were ordered with "anti glare". Which took a couple weeks to get in. When I went to pick up my glasses, the lenses were incorrect and had to be reordered. Again after waiting a week or better I went and picked them up. After using the glasses for a couple weeks, the lenses scratched from simply being in my shirt pocket. I took the glasses back and was told they were in warranty and new lenses would be ordered. Once again it took a couple weeks for them to get in new lenses. Within a two week period the anti glare was scuffed so I took them back. I requested them to reorder without the anti glare because they scratch and scuff to easily. The associate said, "sorry, you ordered these back in September and it's been 3 months." She further stated that I had been in several times and they could not reorder and change them leaving the anti glare off. She also provided me a sleeve for safety glasses which wouldn't even fit in my shirt pocket. I left stating that I would never buy glasses from them again and tossed the ridiculous sleeve onto the counter. Thinking about buying glasses? Do yourself a favor and take your business else where. You can certainly find a better selection of frames to choose from and hopefully a better quality.

I would like to thank Sara for taking a great amount of patience with me picking out a frame that complements my hair color, and face and getting my glasses on order. I was so happy when she let me know the glasses were back and I could pick them up 7 days from ordering them. Everyone at Foster Family Eye Care is super friendly but I felt Sara was exceptionally knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed about getting glasses. Thank you

I am pleased to say the staff was absolutely the greatest. Their customer service skills were outstanding. My visit was a great experience because of them. And did I mention how much I like Dr. Foster? She is the absolute best! Highly recommend Foster Family Eyecare.

Foster Family Eyecare is the best place my family and I have been with regard to our eye health. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very interested in you as a person. They keep on schedule so you don't sit in the waiting room all day. The doctors are wonderful! They listen to you! They use many types of tools, equipment, and resources to determine your eye health. The exams are not rushed, they make sure you understand what they are doing and why, and they also make sure you are comfortable with their results. One of the best things about them is; they truly care! I highly recommend them!

Love this place. My whole family goes here. Great glasses and contacts lens . Its nice and clean. They work wonderful for you and help you with the insurance . Just the greatest people. We had a emergency one time and dr. Foster so my son very fast and was very nice and calm to him.

I have been going to Foster Family Eyecare since they were established. I stayed because they are good at what they do. From the reception desk to when you pick up your glasses or contacts from the lab, it is a good experience. They are smiling happy people trying to help. It is very much appreciated. Updated, review they are still great.

I am so impressed with them. Having moved to the area from a major city in the East I was not expecting such state of the art equipment. The staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. This is my first time with contact lenses and the help and concern to make everything work just right is fantastic.

Very friendly but never got a receipt also had to wait almost month on prescription. Wasn't accurate and detailed enough for my needs of new glasses got two prescriptions incorrect lens scratched after two months and they was supposed to be anti scratch, no management at all of this facility.
