Dropped by today for my check up. The entire staff there are very professional and very nice. Yes, the two can coexist! I was lead through a comprehensive exam then escorted to the Dr's office for final testing. Their equipment is state of the art! My prescription hadn't changed much but I decided to get new glasses. The process was amazing with input that helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses for me. So....from start to finish I could not have scripted a better experience! 5 Star all the way!

When you have an appointment with Dr Bugg you look forward to it. The office staff makes you feel like family. The environment is very professional and Dr Bugg always explains throughly everything. Insurance is always filled correctly and discounts automatically applied.

really liked dr buggs son the new doctor britton i think but can't leave a 5 star as i can no longer go there from missing to many appointments. working 5-6 days a week 12 hours a day it's hard to not miss appointments but it is what it is at least they were nice enough to pay for a certified letter instead of calling me or telling me anything about it

5-Star Review My experience at Union City Eye Care was fantastic from start to finish. The ladies up front were fast, efficient, and made me feel right at home, they even laughed at my lame jokes, so they deserve an extra star just for that. Dr. Bradley was incredible. He explained everything in a way I could understand and answered every question without rushing. I walked out seeing clearer than I have in years. The whole visit was smooth, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend!
