Okay! First of all Dr. McAdams is great. He as taken care of me for many years. I needed cataract surgery. The right eye went great! Staff very caring and efficient. Very different for the left. Everything very rushed. I was very cold but didn't say anything because they were going so fast. The man who put the IV didn't do well. When it was done they rushed me out . They were running us thru like cattle.

Very inviting folks who care for their patients. My former doctor retired, but I'm sure we'll get the new one trained all right. I've been a patient here for 15 plus years, if I didn't like the folks and the way they treated me I would be going somewhere else. Thanks guys for doing business right.

McAdams removed my cataracts. Surgery was rushed. I am allergic to latex sticky tape was put around my eyes. I had rash and deep bruises under eyes. . When tape was ripped off fast it damaged the thin skin around my eyes. When I ask about it to see if there was a fix. He said your an 81 year old lady your going to have vains and wrinkles nothing I did, I will never go back to that eye clinic. Janie Dalrymple widow of Charles Dalrymple

Always had great experiences in the past. NOT THIS TIME !! Went in for a new prescription, as in the past (many times) and the new right lens was way out of focus at a distance. Now, the last pair they prescribed was spot on. I had some scratches I couldn't live with so I wanted a new pair of lenses. They had me check with the lab and the lenses matched their "incorrect" prescription to "T". I have had plenty of eye exams and never had an issue until now. Dr. Preston said, in essence , Tough luck, it is what it is and the practice is not going to take any responsibility and never has in the past. Wow!, how arrogant and presumptuous. He is retiring and on the way out and possibly doesn't "Give a damn" to quote Rhett Butler. It really took me back as I have been a client of theirs for a long time and had them do cataract surgeries in the past and recommended them to numerous people. NOT anymore. I will gather up my records and head somewhere else. Very disappointed in their attitude.

My husband goes here and while we are happy with the doctors, the facility itself is old and outdated. The waiting room is really old looking with one teeny tiny bathroom in the corner with one extremely small toilet that everyone shares with absolutely no ventilation. Every time someone goes potty it smells up the entire place! It literally smells like poop every time you walk in! The waiting room is always full and the wait times are terrible so my husband is stuck smelling poop for hours! I know this place is banking it! One would think they would put a little $$ back into the place and upgrade the waiting room and add some better restrooms. Men and women's separate restrooms!! It really is awful.

I called on Friday at 4:15pm. Despite their hours specifying that they were open until 5pm on Friday, my call was directed to a robot operator telling me the office was closed.

Dr. Mc Adams is a very caring doctor. He truly does care about his patients and listens to your worries. It's nice to find a Doctor who cares and is not all about the money. His staff is very sweet and kind. They care about you. When I had an emergency after hours I got a call back with in 3 minutes. They have went out of their way for me and made me feel like I was not a dollar sign to them. I highly recommend them for any and all eye needs! I had cataract surgery on both eyes and they made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. Thank you so much for giving me back my eyesight! You all are a true blessing. Sincerely Rhonda

Had cataracts on both eyes removed, and I am very satisfied with what Doctor Rocky has done for me. Would highly recommend this practice. They have wonderful staff that are very helpful and can answer a lot of your questions over the phone.
