America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I went into America's Best today for my second annual exam, and my experience was great per usual! Lin, in particular, helped get me checked out, and was patient, personable, and oh so helpful! My mom always comes to help me pick out glasses but couldn't today, so Lin walked around the store with me and helped me try on a jillion pairs of glasses without question! :)

I had an appointment at 4:40, showed up 13 minutes late just to find out my appointment was canceled due to a 10 minute grace period that I was unaware of. Do better and inform your customers!

My brother came in today for an eye exam scheduled at 12:15 pm and he was there promptly at 12:00 pm.He was "checked in" and was sent to the back to wait. At 1:00 pm he was still waiting so I spoke with the receptionist about the wait and was told she doesn't not know how much longer and she can't find his file so shes assuming the doctor had it but never verified. At 1:20 pm we were still waiting and I asked the receptionist to find his file because after almost an hour and a half of waiting we should have been seen at this point as other customers are coming in after us and being seeing before us. Come to find out he was never actually checked in and we had to wait even longer. This was a horrible experience and untrained staff need to do better at finding a solution to problems instead of brushing off customer concerns.

Went to get eye examination and glasses.. Dr was different and got glasses and they were not right. Prescription was wrong and the bifocal point was off. Went in 3 times trying to get it fixed but the staff acted like I was dince and didn't know how to use glasses... have had glasses fur about 50 years of my life.

This was my first time at this establishment and I was impressed. It's a large, clean, and bright space that's very welcoming. The front desk staff are friendly and the entire process is remarkably efficient. Dr. Maxwell was very knowledgeable and thorough and obviously knows her business. I know some people think these operations are just there to sell glasses and contact lenses but you can tell they really care about your overall health and preserving you vision. Shelly the office manager assisted me with my glasses afterwards and was super helpful and explained everything I needed to know.

I Had The Absolute Best Experience With Dr Harwell Very Personal A Absolute Sweetheart!! I Encourage Other People To Go There !! Very awesome Very Clean Very Comfy and worth The Money !!!

I was in and out in less than a half hour. I already had a prescription. Picked out some frames and will be back in a few days to pick up my glasses. Very easy to deal with people.

I have had the best sales man JON and he has helped me out for 2 years and he is the best!! He definitely deserves to be promoted or at least a good raise in pay!!
