I visited Big Country Eye Center last week for an eye exam and fitting for contacts. Tina, the head technician, did my fitting, and she is the reason that I am taking the time to write this review. She was lovely to work with; her knowledge base was exceptional, she was patient, kind, and immensely helpful. She kept working with me and kept smiling until we had the best fit possible. I felt well cared for and listened to by Tina. I look forward to seeing her again in a year when I need another exam and fitting.

Dr. Teague is very thorough and spends a great deal of time explaining what he finds with my eyes and what he's doing to treat them. His staff is extremely polite and helpful. I especially like that I never feel like I'm being rushed through my appointment. Overall there is a very positive atmosphere in this business.

Going into a Doctor's office can be uncomfortable and challenging. Many people are quite nervous when visiting a new Doctor; however in this case, I was made to feel very comfortable, at ease and like I was a part if the family .The doctor and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to advise and discuss all issues and concerns I had, and I left the assured and confident that they were very capable of handling any and all of my health needs. Great Staff.
