I just had an eye exam for contact lenses and I was very pleased with the entire experience. Although it was quick, only 25 minutes from walk-in to walk-out, it was very still very thorough and comprehensive. The staff at the desk are friendly and welcoming while the Doctor is both helpful and insightful, no pun intended. I highly recommend anyone needing an eye exam to seriously consider this provider and her team.

What a pleasant experience I had. From the receptionist to the tech to the doctor, everyone was so nice. It was clean, smelled nice, and there was no wait. It was very affordable for a glasses and contact prescription without insurance. Highly recommend!

Master Eye Associates is fantastic! I had an issue with my eye, and they were able to see me within the hour. They even worked around my busy schedule to fit in a follow up appointment. We recently moved to Abilene, and they went above and beyond to help me find a pharmacy that could get my prescription filled quickly. Everyone there was so kind and accommodating, I couldn't recommend them more!

If i could give a zero I would. A one is too much. The staff is rude. Before you go into this location make sure you know your insurance coverage beforehand. They tried to overcharge my stepson of his copays!! And then want to get angry when I call the insurance in front of them to confirm what my copays should be. I was right and the insurance verified that they were over charging my copays!! And there is an offer at the desk for a retinol exam for $49, my copay for this is only $39. Check your copay for this. When I asked my insurance if this is necessary, I was told by my insurance that this is the locations policy to have this done. So if you don't want to pay an additional $49 for something unnecessary, go somewhere else. Then I called today 12/15/2025 to ask if the trial contacts are in and I was told it could be 4 weeks and they can't give him his contact prescription until the doctor signs off. This is after he already had the contact eye exam!! After we get the prescription. We will NEVER deal with this office again. Be cautious of overcharges!! Fraud Waste and Abuse laws protect you!!
