Rama R. Carson, Optometrist

Dr. Edmond was nice, but his front office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE! To say that their customer service skills are lacking would be an understatement!!! Thank goodness for a couple of young ladies in the back who were very sweet. One girl in front just also happened to be the one who helped my daughter try on contacts. She was so blatantly rude that my 14 year old said she felt very uncomfortable! Hopefully Dr. Carson reads all his reviews!

Took our 5 year old in today for an exam. Amy was great our daughter was very comfortable with her. With Amy's help she took the eye drops like a champ. Dr. Carson was also very patient with our 5 year old and took the time to make sure the prescription was correct. We have been to many optometrist before and I was most pleased with Dr. Carson and crew. Highly Recommend!!!

I've been using Rama for the past 4 years. I went in a month ago and was given contacts, I called today to get some more contacts and her sorry excuse for receptionists proceeded to tell me I haven't had eye glasses or contacts since July of 2018. I currently have contacts that I got from her office in my eyes. I don't understand how they can tell me I haven't had vision for 3 years!!! I will not be returning solely on the piss poor performance of her front desk ladies and how unprofessional and rude they were. If someone killed my whole entire family the only revenge I would do to them is recommend them get their contacts from Rama Carson and her crew of clowns up front.

Dr. Carson was ok. His staff on the other hand was incredibly rude, unprofessional and childish. They do not know how to handle children. They heavyset woman cared more about what was on her phone than paying attention to the customer who stood patiently for 10 minutes. Which she and her Coworker found funny. Horrible people

So I called in the 28th of December to make an appointment, the gentleman who answered the phone was rude. Well, I was on hold for awhile when I was finally able to talk to the receptionist. I asked them specifically if they took my brand of insurance, the gentleman said that they did. I thanked him and then on the third I went to my appointment, I filled out the paperwork. Did everything I was supposed to do. I showed them my insurance card and the doctor said, "oh. We don't take that insurance but you can pay out of pocket if you would like." I looked at him and recited what the receptionist told me when I called. He was apologetic but maybe they should train their receptionist a bit better so they are not wasting their patients time. I will not be using Dr. Rama services at all.

The entire staff was friendly and courteous. There was a man there constantly checking to see that everyone was where they need to be. Dr.Carson we saw a gentleman was awesome. My son talked his ear off about Lego's and he carried on a conversation while working.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr.Carson office! They staff was extremely sweet! Amy went out of her way to help with my 5 year old daughter....Stickers and all! I would highly recommend! They went out of there way.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. My sister was in major motorcycle cycle accident out of state and needed a new pair of glasses, they would not fax her prescription over for us. This was an emergency and they were not even willing to help. What lousy human beings!!
