Dr. Blankenship is amazing! He was very thorough. He triple checked my prescription and the appointment overall was extremely efficient. He addressed all of my concerns and recommended great alternatives to help alleviate my symptoms. It's not often I have a good eye appointment and I was nervous about my appointment, but Dr. Blankenship gave amazing care and I appreciate his knowledge and explanations so much!

I just have to share my wonderful experience I had the other day at this office. I've been to many Eye Doctor's In my life but felt the attention and care I received from Dr. Blankenship was exceptional! I felt very comfortable talking with him. He has such a calm and kind demeanor. I asked him numerous questions regarding my concerns and he listened patiently and gave me some new suggestions that my other Dr. never mentioned ! Yay! I am so thankful I have found the right Eye Dr. for me!! I highly recommend Dr. Blankenship!

I recommend Dr. Blankenship and his team if you want to know you have been taken care of by the best. He treats you with the utmost respect and listens to any concern you may have about your eyes and the use of contacts. If you want a Doctor who cares about the health of your eyes then Sharper Eyecare with Dr. Blankenship is your place. Cannot praise his staff enough for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. My office visit with Dr. Blankenship was great. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer everyone of them in a caring, patient manner. He is very knowledgeable and I felt well taken care of when I left. I will definitely continue to come here as I felt very comfortable and knew he was a very competent Dr. I would definitely recommend him!

I walked in for an eye exam and the doctor was able to take me right away. The doctor took his time with me and answered all my questions and I now have the best pair of glasses I have ever owned! Dr. Blankenship is very informative and very professional. Excellent communicator!!

I DO NOT recommend this clinic. The staff are incompetent and don't listen. I am an existing patient. I called the day before to see how much it would cost and what my insurance would cover. I told the lady that I would be getting a contact lens exam. She said " your insurance will cover everything." I asked again for the cost because the insurance company said there would be a co-pay. Again she said "insurance will cover it." So I scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival I told the lady that I was wearing contact lenses that were 2 months old. She must be deaf because she started the first test and couldn't figure out why it was reading perfect vision. Then the optometrist had me remove my lenses and told her ( 3 times) redo the first test and not the pressure test. She told me she needed to redo the pressure test and I said " did you not just hear him say that you don't have to redo the pressure test!" After the exam she said it will be $130. I didn't have $130 which is the reason I called the day before to verify the cost. When I asked for an itemized statement, she wrote the price on the paper and handed it to me. She then says that the $130 was for the contact lens fitting. Complete incompetence!! I will not be going back!!

I definitely recommend Sharper Eyecare...my daughter needed her eyes checked for a prescription for glasses. We went in on a Saturday and it was very busy. It was the Saturday before school started and they were incredibly busy. However, the receptionist was kind and helpful and was able to get me in that day. Dr. Blankenship was diligent and through as he cared and examined my daughter. He took his time to speak with us and answer any question we had. I'm so thankful to find a good optometrist for my family as I have several who will now be visiting him in the future.

I was having problems with my granddaughter's prescription and Yvonne at Sharper Eye went above and beyond! She was so friendly and helpful. She had everything straightened out for me in just a few minutes. You don't get service like this anymore!! All around great service from everyone at this office. Dr Blankenship was so friendly and professional, we will definitely recommend!
