I've used Dr Carter for a few years. He's very thorough and explains things so that you understand what is going on. Him and his staff care for every patient in a friendly way. I've referred him to my family and friends and all of them have loved him as well.

All the staff were friendly and helpful and willing to take time and answer questions that I had since I was a New Patient and my first time at this facility. Dr. Carter was thorough, friendly, and concerned about my vision and eye care, as well as my overall health and well-being. I had an excellent eye care provider for several years, was not looking forward to making a change, but had to do that when my former Doctor retired. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carter and his staff to anyone needing excellent eye care!

Dr. Troy Carter, is a very knowledgeable, informative, and caring physician!
He makes sure that a patient like myself, who is facing cataract surgery, knows all of the options associated with such a procedure! EVEN the option to back out, should a patient become unsure, and/or change their mind!
Just as important as each of the aforementioned qualities, Dr. Carter is a Christian man, who is not ONE BIT HESITANT to share that part of himself with his patients, and offer to have prayer with them!
Not just about God's guidance, and blessings concerning their upcoming procedure, but also concerning personal blessings upon the patient, as well as their families; and prayers concerning the Patient's personal relationship and walk with the Lord!
I'd say there needs to be more physicians like Dr. Carter! Both in the medical field and all around, as well!
