I've had the pleasure of visiting this store multiple times, both for myself and with family members, and each experience has been consistently positive. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the process of selecting glasses straightforward and enjoyable. I initially used the website to get an idea of what I wanted to try on, which made my in-store visit even more efficient. The store offers a wide selection of styles at reasonable price points, allowing me to find something that suits everyone's tastes and budgets. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service, a diverse range of products, and competitive pricing is why I rate this experience highly. I'll definitely be returning!

Very nice store with friendly employees and great prices on glasses

Employees were great. The store was packed as everyone rushed to purchase items for FSA eligibility. I was greeted by Zoey as she was working with another costumer. As soon as she had an appropriate pause, she came over noted I needed narrow frames and pulled several for me to look at while she finished her other interaction / transaction. She noted my style talked to me briefly and made some suggestions. She was helpful but not pushy and gave me space while helping cut down on how long I actually needed to look. I didn't have my prescription so she created a profile and saved my favorites. When I came back the next day to purchase, she remembered my name and quickly pulled up my profile, went over options and engaged in conversation. After paying she asked if there was anything else and when I said just the receipt, she replied, "already emailed to you, happy new year". Super pleased!

My eye exam was very thorough and the doctor gave me multiple options for various types of contacts: mono vision, multifocal, hybrid multifocal, etc. He answered all of the my questions and talked to me about the pros and cons pf each option. After the exam, the store employees were friendly and very helpful. One of them wrote down all of the pricing info for me and told me about discounts and rebates.

Great experience in this store today. The team is super friendly and helpful. They were about to close, but I didn't at all feel rushed. They still took the time to answer my questions and help me find the best frame.

Terrible experience! I went in for an exam and my card was charged 3x totaling $390 and was told I was accidentally charged twice but one of the charges would be reversed. I received two receipts for two exams when I only had one exam for myself. Also was lied about the retinal imaging being included in the exam price, it is a separate charge that is optional. I walked out without glasses and called my bank to dispute the charges. All of the glasses are cheap material made in China that they are upselling for a ridiculous price. Save your money and buy better quality and get better customer service than this.

Indiana was very tentative to my adjustment needs for my current glasses when I stopped by for help! We ended up trying on some new pairs and thanks to the store staff, we left with two new frames for the winter. Such a great location!

Great experience getting an eye exam at Warby Parker in Addison. The serice was great and I look forward to getting my new prescription in some great frames.
