I will never go back here again. I was told they take walk-ins when I called THIS MORNING. only to get there, and they tell me "we aren't accepting walk-ins today." Whenever we have an appointment, they always cater to walk-ins first, anyways. Very poor customer service. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!

I like Dr. Thornhill, but they need to take "we except walk-ins" off. I have a crazy schedule so can't really make an appointment. I went 3 different times, 3 different days just to be turned away. It's fine if you don't but don't tell someone to come back at a certain time and then turn them away again.

Dr. Thornhill is great. I've gone to her for several years. Last month my husband got a piece of metal in his eye and she was amazing getting it out. It had been in there too long and was very embedded. Scar tissue had started to form around the piece of metal. She took her time and was very careful not to cause damage to his eye. We were so grateful for her that day. Excellent service! She is very good at what she does.
