Wonder doctor and staff but my glasses has been delayed due to the lab putting in wrong prescription lenses in frame and now been waiting for roughly 2 weeks now.
In conclusion, I reiterate that the staff was exceptional, and I had a positive experience with my visit, which is why I continue to recommend their services for eye exams to update prescriptions. However, I suggest exploring other options for glasses and lenses. My frustration stemmed from receiving a call on February 28, 2025, informing me that my glasses had arrived, but unfortunately, the lab made an error with my prescription, leaving me wondering what the purported good news was, as the incorrect prescription rendered the glasses unusable.

I had an amazing experience with the optometrist here. They treated me well and gave me one of the best one on one sessions I've ever had. They take their time to explain things and don't rush you. The optician as well was extremely handsome and professional, he took his time to recommend me the best affordable products for my situation. I'd recommend this office to anyone who is in need of eye care.

Called today and Juan picked up the phone. He was more interested in which heathcare I had than what I needed. When I asked him to let me know whether he had openings or not to see the eye specialist. He placed me on hold and didn't take the call again. Very unprofessional and this review will be cross-posted. He lost 2 appointments due to his lack of professional attitude. We ended up going to Broome Optical.

Be very careful because they will be misleading you different medical treatment that you receive from your eyes and then add on labs that they didn't perform just to get more money from you just before you go in you make sure that you know if it's gonna be coming from your insurance or out-of-pocket cause I just got screwed $100 and I did have lab
