Martin road and its staff have definitely exceeded my expectations. I never leave reviews but I left feeling like I need to comment on its professionalism and speedy service. I want to call out Jesus specifically as he recommended the company to me and was so helpful with explaining all the benefits and products to me. I left with TWO pairs of glasses because I couldn't choose. I have been basically blind my whole life and I've been to many locations in and out of Amarillo but no one has taken the time to explain my insurance, the process and the product like you guys at Martin road. I now want to come back for contacts and some new frames! Cudos to your company and your staff! Thank you Jesus for all your help and pointing me in the right direction for my eye care

Bad service, argued with us about insurance, didn't take it even though we were told they did. My eye exam was November 24 and so was my husband's. Our prescription had totally changed, I ordered glasses and can't see properly. Had my eyes checked today at another optometrist and the prescription is so different, makes me wonder where this guy went to school. Colton Houlett is a joke. Beware
