First time here and everything was great. Front desk staff so polite and very helpful. Thank you to them! The technician that ran the tests on my eyes was really sweet and knowledgeable. She made the experience actually very enjoyable. I've never said that before. The Dr (Zach) was amazing. Very nice and and me feel at ease with the entire exam. I had the most comforting and compassionate visit today!!! Dr. Heinrich was outstanding!!!! I had a sudden onset of severe eye pain and blurry vision. I didn't know where to go, but stopped in hopping anyone could help. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with the utmost kindness and concern. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and reassuring. I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes. As I waited, I had several employees make sure I was comfortable and being taken care of. I would recommend Coulter Drive Optical to any friend for family member. Top notch!
