Everything was absolutely terrific.I was in and out doctor Ysasaga's office in just over an hour which is quick for a doctor's appointment for me. Everyone was professional friendly. Can I actually enjoy my experience there And would recommend that doctor to anyone who has to go to the go to Get shots put in their eye. I thank everyone I was involved in my care. So much, they made it actually simple. And enjoyable, thank you.

It's a very overwhelming experience when it's your first time going there. The front desk employees assume that you know what's going on and I got several looks from several of them (almost like I was inconveniencing them) when I asked for clarification or for help. The nurses/technicians that take you back to the exams rooms were all very nice and helpful and Dr. Aragon was very pleasant and personable and took the time to show and explain things. Him and his staff definitely helped me feel more comfortable once I got past the checking in part.

Dr. Murrell and his staff are the best. Professional, caring, courteous and helpful. Always have your best interests in mind. Did my cataract surgery, implanted lens so now I don't have to wear glasses. See better now than when I was in my teens!

I will say it was a very long process for a first visit. I do think it could've been streamlined a little better. I ended up there about 3 1/2 hours altogether. Dr. McCarty and his staff Were professional and friendly. I would Recommend him and his staff. I am taking away one star because Of the exceptionally long appointment.

The appointment was a lot faster than I anticipated. Dr. McCarty explained everything I needed to know. He also prayed for me and the surgery I have coming up. Very impressionable and his staff is outstanding!

Dr. Aragon was very professional and quick. He explained what I would feel and I found that quite reassuring. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who needs the injections.

Office staff and Dr Aragon were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Dr Aragon is very knowledgeable and explained each step and what my plan is. He's very professional but yet he makes you feel relaxed. Very pleased with my visit and it was my first visit. I loved I was able to complete all my paperwork ahead of time and I could pay as well. Thank you Dr Aragon for making me feel at ease as well as your staff.

Dr. Gallagher is not the problem! She treats me with the upmost respect and is a very good doctor! The wait time that myself and other older people in much worse health than myself, is completely over the top! My wait time on my last visit was close to 4 hrs! The wait times are never less than 3 hours as a general rule of thumb. I have to see Dr. Gallagher every 8 to 12 weeks. Then a week following my appointment I have to go back for a shot in my eye where wait times can be one to two hours. Also, I have to see Dr. Dixon multiple times a year where the wait times are not much better. I'm a 24/7 caregiver as well. I know you are in the business of making money and the more patients you see in a short period of time the more money you make, but the patient should be your first consideration! More people are upset about the wait times than will ever go to the trouble to say! A lot of older people don't even know how to do one of these Goggle evals! Sincerely, Neal Medlock
