Dr. Eddy is very kind and funny. He made me feel very comfortable pre surgery, during the surgery, and post surgery. He kindly answered all of my questions and is very thorough. I definitely recommend him to anyone who has a retinal detachment.

Dr. Gallagher is great! Very kind. Kyle in the laser treatment area was also amazing. I was so nervous before my procedure and he made me feel calm and was so nice. Brittany the tech who dilates was also awesome. Both were very professional and kind. My only complaint is a lady who said her name was Kim who takes phone calls. I had a question before my appointment and she was SO rude. She should not be answering phone calls if she cannot be courteous. She asked me, "did they not tell you what would happen at your appointment or did you just not listen." I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said, "my supervisor is busy." Yikes.

I had no idea what to expect today. I had tests, saw Dr Aragon, he had some more tests run and then saw Dr Aragon again. The staff I interacted with were kind and helpful. Dr Aragon explained what was going on in my eye very clearly. My appointment was long, due to testing, but my wait time was minimal.
