I had never visited this location before and decided to give it a try. I was surprised to learn that the eye exam was not conducted by a doctor, but by a technician. During the exam, I was given several tests to check for conditions such as glaucoma and dry eye. I asked whether the doctor would review the results with me, and I was told yes; however, this never occurred. I ordered two pairs of glasses the same day. About a week later, I received an email stating that one pair was ready for pickup. When I went to the store, I was initially told that I should have received a phone call before coming in. Fortunately, the customer service representative was helpful and located my glasses. To my surprise, the glasses were provided without a case or any accessories. While this was unusual compared to my previous experiences at other optical providers, it was not a major concern since I already own extra cases. Later that same day, I received a notification that my second pair of glasses had arrived. However, when I went to pick them up, I was informed that they had been sent to a different store location and would take an additional three days to arrive. Unfortunately, with these glasses I see blurry, and I have had to return to using my old pair. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return or recommend this location.

Bugs, dirty floors, I grabbed a pair of glasses to look at. They stuck to my fingers. Place is so dirty.. walked out. Won't do business there. Where is the cleanliness?

We called 12:10 pm to apparently "the call center" who has NO clue what is going on at the commercial establishment. We were told to come for a 12:45 pm appointment. My son has broken his glasses & couldn't see! We showed up at the time & was told they were not seeing patients because they had NO computers. No one called to let us know & they were rude to us at the business! I will Never go back to that place again! It was the First & Only time that I had dealt with this joke of a business! Buyer Beware!

I visited Stanton Optical in Amarillo for a contact lens exam and walked away fully satisfied with my visit. The exam was quick and thorough and I'm excited about my new frames and ordered a year's worth of contacts. Samm was the sales associate that helped me and he took his time to discuss my options and listened to my needs and concerns. I appreciate the customer service and he made the visit painless and enjoyable!!

Being from outta town and here for work, the screw fell out of one of my earpiece and stopped in to see if they could fix em. Not only did they fix em they didn't even charge me. I get down this way once n a while and know I have another trip coming up soon but if I ever need new glasses just from the customer service I will definitely be back. I did look at some of their deals and pricing while I waited and compared to what im used up in Illinois they are very reasonably priced, ad their awesime customer service and no question where to go.

Justin was amazing. The whole staff was kind and professional but Justin went above and beyond! He deserves an award and a raise! He was not only patient, but more helpful in more ways than anywhere I have ever gone. THANK YOU JUSTIN!!!!! Love you forever, man!

The whole staff was friendly. Justin did an amazing job at taking care of me and so did Sam and the lady with the red hair as along with everybody.! Very professional, highly recommend great prices and great quality!
