I normally do not leave reviews butMiss Marie was amazing! I had a lot of questions about the process and was very indecisive. Marie was very patient answering all of my questions and helping me to find the right pair of glasses. When the wifi went down and the card reader had issues she handled it very professionally. Worst experience ever! I went to the Vision Center with my two kids. The manager is so rude and treats you like a bother and tries to sell warranty without even asking if you want warranty. SCAMMER. Please save your money and time and go to Georgia Vision Center instead! They are wonderful there.

I was in there a few days ago getting my first ever pair of glasses. I apparently walked in too close to closing time and apologized and let the rep, Zuri, know I can come another time (they close by 5 on Sundays) but she still helped me. She had a great attitude and walked me through the whole process, even though she stayed later than usual. I was able to pick a great pair, order them and leave fairly quickly. Thank you, Zuri!

Horrible service. The two girls in the glasses center, arguing with me that they don't take my insurance when I literally had my insurance on speaker telling them they are in network. But insisting to call Medicaid to ask. I DONT have Medicaid. I PAY for my insurance every month! Rude rude rude. The lady who answers the phone for the eye dr was horrible too. That's why I went to the one on Georgia for that part. Way to earn never getting my business or speaking highly of y'all ever again. I will definitely tell people to stay away from this location. Absolute ridiculousness.

Made an appointment a week in advance traveled 2.5 hours one way for said appt to find out they were closed!!!! They locked up and left at noon without informing me. Spoke with another lady that had an appt scheduled as well before mine and she showed up to a closed office too. Very RUDE!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE VERY UNRELIABLE!!!! I work 12 hr days and it's very difficult to make time for dr appointments and to be put out this bad upsets me very much! A simple phone call earlier in the morning could have saved me hours and wasted gas money Shame SHAME!!! on this eye doctor for being so insensitive.
