I just absolutely love coastal optical. Citek has been my doctor for a very long time now. Everyone definitely seems to be family there. First I want to thank the lady at the front desk I didn't get her name but she had excellent customer service. She was so kind and was able to fit my kid in for an appointment the same day. Second the Doctor was amazing she explained my kiddos results in a way I definitely understood. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected and although my kid wasn't able to find a pair of glasses she liked, we didn't feel forced to buy a pair and they were so understanding. I will definitely be going back and will most certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Allow me to start off by saying my visit for glasses with Coastal Optical was amazing. Betsy was the person that worked with me on my complete setup..frames, lenses, and fitting of the glasses. This was my second year and all the staff is just wonderful! The kindest woman and they do not rush you or pressure you to buy anything. My husband and I love it here. We are also very happy with Dr. Lien Vu she is by far the sweetest and makes sure you get the correct visions results for your glasses or contacts. I have had a couple of bad experience at other eye doctors but ever since I came here I feel listened to and taken care of.
