Dr. Reinert, is very professional and knowledgeable. He was wonderful and the best! He actually took his time to explaining thing to make you comfortable with the situations of your eyes. I highly recommend to my family and friends. My husband and I are both going to this clinic. The staff how an amazing she was very nice and thoughtful. Our insurance with my husband very good and the eyeglasses I chosen was expensive but I only paid a little. I was overwhelmed and I can't believe how much I paid. Looking forward to go back again.

Dr. Reinert is my go to optometrist. I've used other ones, but no one compares to him. He's great! I highly recommend Dr Reinhert at Reinert Family Eye Care. He's also located next to the Walmart vision center, which is quite convenient, as well.

My first and second appointment with Dr. Reinert out of convenience. Living in Melissa, he was just down the road. Had no idea how good I had it. While all other optometrist consistently prescribed me bifocal lenses, I never did well with them. I couldn't wear them. So I had glasses, but carried my readers too. I thought this was my only option. However Dr. Reinert prescribed me multifocal contact lenses. GAME CHANGER! Truly such a blessing. So after going to two other optometrist (after moving away from Melissa), this month I will be making the 6 hour drive back to Anna to visit, what has been to me, the best eye doctor ever!

Both my wife and myself have had our vision checked and our prescriptions updated at Reinert Family Eye Care. They were very engaging, thorough, and professional. They checked our insurance to make sure we were getting our full benefits applied to the services. The doctor did a great job explaining everything as he went through the exam. We are very satisfied.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Reinert about a month ago and based on my experience he was very thorough with his examination and showed a well bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients and is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Very clean and nice front office. Lady at the desk was friendly and interacted with my son when he was curious about the paintings. They even started his paperwork early, making arrival time and processing a breeze. Doctor was very nice, explained things thoroughly and made sure I understood what we needed to work on to get my son seeing clearly again. Thank you so much! We'll be back!

I would not recommend visiting this practice. I scheduled a visit over a week ago, provided my insurance information, and verified that everything would be covered under insurance. I arrived to my appointment today and was told at first that my copay would be $250. Upon clarification, the office clerk said it would be up to $55, and when asked again, said it would be $49. (When I asked about the different numbers she brushed me off and said "Oh, potato potatoes). I then asked if there were hidden fees with ordering contact lenses (since my insurance says no copay for the exam or lenses). She stated that she had no idea because they order their lenses through an additional company and could not verify if my insurance would be accepted through the third party. Needless to say none of this information was provided when I booked my appointment. I canceled and requested the cancellation fee to be waived because of the blatant disregard for my insurance coverage. The office clerk claimed that I would receive an email waiving the cancellation fee, but I have yet to receive anything almost an hour and a half later. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this location to seek out another office with better office management and organization.
