Nice people and nice office except it always smells like sewer. The first time I went, I thought it was something temporary but every time I have been since, it always has a bad odor that permeates the office. Not sure what it is but maybe they will figure it out and fix it if they are made aware.

Been going here for years and they always been nice but for some reason today the lady checking me out was so rude and just seemed like she didn't want to be there..there is no communication with the doctor and her staff the lady said "I don't why the doctor said that she shouldn't have" The girls at the front helping me with my insurance they went above and beyond loved trying to help me but that one women she just has a nasty attitude.oh and they dilated my eyes and didn't even give me sunglasses when the doctor told her to

Dr. Brandon is very personable and makes patients feel comfortable and heard. However, the front desk staff and office manager would benefit from additional customer service training to improve the overall patient experience. Accountability goes a long way.

The office staff seems to be extremely incompetent. Waited until the day of an appointment to reach to say the appointment could not happen. However, patients are required to give a 24 hour notice. Doctor could be the best in town but it doesn't matter if your front staff is lacking.
