I want to say thank you so much. Everyone was kind, patience, very understanding explained everything so I could understand. I have very bad anxiety and I was very nervous but after leaving here I was relaxed and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend MyEyeDr to everyone. Thanks to the best team there I can see fantastic and I love my glasses so much I promise I will go back again when need be. Again thank you for helping me see much better. MyEyeDr in Bedford TX is the best.

Dear Office Manager, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with your office, specifically involving a staff member named Shaye during several phone interactions. I contacted the office multiple times seeking assistance and clarification about services and coverage. During each call, I remained polite and respectful. Unfortunately, the tone and manner in which I was spoken to felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I did not receive clear guidance despite calling several times, and the conversations felt focused only on payment rather than patient care and understanding. As a Medicaid patient, I left these interactions feeling judged and unwelcome. This experience was deeply upsetting and made me feel discouraged about seeking care through your location. No patient should feel uncomfortable or ashamed when trying to access medical services. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed. At minimum, I hope additional training can be provided to ensure all patients are treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism regardless of insurance type or background. I had my glasses adjusted a couple of times but they just weren't , right. I don't know the young man's name that works at the desk.He has a mustache and beard and dark hair and is amazing. He is always so kind always ready to help. The office is very fortunate to have someone who is so kind and has people skills

Shay was AMAZING. She went above and beyond, helped me find the perfect frames, in the correct color, and explained everything so clearly. I always have a good experience here, and this year was no different. 10/10 would get my eyes checked again.

I've only had 2 eye appointments in my life. While my first appointment was great several years ago, this experience tops it. All the staff are extremely friendly and personable. I felt at ease there. A special shout out to Shelby. She helped me find some great frames, helped with the pricing, and made me feel important. You a real one.

Lied about hidden fees when I explicitly called ahead to ask what the costs would be using insurance otherwise I'd rather go to Americas best or Stanton optical who runs cheaper promos with free exams. Was told there'd be no hidden fees and insurance covered everything (apart from a $20 copay) instead they decided to try charging me $172 just for my 6 year old daughter , it would've been $100 less to go elsewhere- even with the add in filtering in the frames. I decided to get her glasses elsewhere . Absolutely ridiculous to lie about hidden fees like that when I called ahead to confirm

Your staff deserve an award. Unfortunately the intersection in front of this clinic is prone to accidents. Today there was a bad one. The My Eye Dr staff ran out and were first on the scene. I am a nurse who was off duty and stopped to help. The Eye Dr staff made sure that the ambulance was called and the accident victim was taken care of. They stayed with the victim and helped until EMS came. Truly incredible compassion. Not many people stop and help, but these people did.

I would give 5 stars if there had not of been such a long wait! This office is clearly under staffed but Shae was worth the wait! This young lady helped I think 6 people before me! She was pleasant to everyone and seemed very thorough even though she was working quickly. She assisted a very cranky man who had no willingness to understand his bifocals. He even had ME frustrated but she remained poised and he left happy. I do feel I need to speak up on a few things. Why is Mrs. Shae the only one answering phones when 2 other gals are at the front desk? She already has so many people waiting on her? Why is she the only person on I guess you would call it the sales floor? I know she must be exhausted working so hard. I asked to speak with a manager to express this concern while waiting just to learn there was not one present. Is this normal? They say you can't win them all; I see the below comment. Mrs. Shae don't let anyone in life bring you down. I saw you assist several people today, including me with my MEDICAID glasses. I never once felt what is being claimed. I will see you in a couple weeks at my appointment! My son DT will be joining us!
