Walmart Vision & Glasses

Doctor Divin has seen my family of five. She and her assistant had both been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The doctor went through each family member's prescription, any conditions we needed to monitor, and any preventative measures we could take. We went to the vision center to pick out our glasses, and the optician, Renee Coleman, was there to help. She outlined all the various options and the costs connected with each one in detail. She was both warm and competent. I heartily endorse visiting this vision and glass institute.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always willing to help and answer questions. Go and see Marissa or Renee. I have been to other vision businesses and they are by far the best.

I came in to get some replacement classes and after seeing the dr. I had been waiting for lunch to be over and so I'm at a very nice young lady named Jasmine who works there. Her last name is Sedberry. She was very upbeat and pleasant and patient and endearing. And we talked about the glasses that I wanted as an extra pair and a pair that I had had when I had my accident. That broke literally on my face and she said oh I was in luck they had them in stock again because others were asking for them and it just made my day that she took me through and made sure I had everything I needed and then when the vision center clinic Park opened I went and saw the doctor got the prescription and brought it out and she talked to through what was going to be done + it was great. I came today the 23rd of August 2025 and picked up my replacement glasses and switched out the lenses in the frame I had cuz I really like that frame as well and she made sure that everything was great and she was pleasant as usual. Just a a great experience and there was another lady there. I didn't get her name but she was very sweet too. Everyone was just very only word comes to mind. Is endearing just happy and willing to help!

Renee was absolutely helpful and patient with my family including a 2 yr.old. Very appreciative having us as new customers. Great Customer service from other staff members. Renee made sure we maximized our insurance and helped my family find their frames.

I just purchased my second pair of glasses from Bellmead Walmart Vision Center and was fortunate to have had Jasmine assist me both times. She is awesome - professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Thank you, Jasmine, for the excellent customer service.

I have been getting my glasses at the Bellmead Walmart Vision Center for several years. I am impressed by the professionalism of the employees every time that I go to the vision center. Renee makes sure that my glasses fit perfectly, whether it's a new purchase or I'm just getting my frames adjusted. It's nice that Renee remembers her customers, even if I haven't been in to the vision center for several months. I really appreciate that Renee knows how to maximize my vision benefits under my insurance policy.

I needed to get my son a replacement went to Franklin and was told insurance would not cover when they didn't even take the time to look and research... went to BELLMEAD and RENEE got us taken care of! Thanks to the whole team!! If you need glasses ask for Renee, Jasmine or the Manager!! Super sweet ladies that will go that extra mile!!!!!! Thank You Walmart
