If I could give zero Stars I would. They expect you to wait for your appointment for your children cancel it through the no power and then call you and tell you they can't see you for an additional month again. Also their glasses selection for Medicaid and things like that absolutely suck.

Very friendly staff! They worked me in because they know ( unlike Rush) that my dry eyes can turn into something worse like an ulcer which I have had in the past. They worked me in. I found that no Other Optometrist in this town would do that. So Thank you so much for helping me.

I went in to get fitted for contacts and pick out some glasses. The doctor was quick and friendly. Staff was very helpful. Especially the woman who helped me pick out some frames. I think her name was Crystal. Overall awesome experience. Would return.

The eye doctor himself was fantastic. The staff on the other hand should be replaced. All but a few of them. Unnecessary attitude. Been doing business with them off and on for 11 years. And it's got so bad they're losing business. Sorry Doc your staff is ruining your business

My husband has always gone to you, I went and was so Pleased, We are coming back, even though they quit taking our insurance. The staff is so professional plus being very friendly. The Dr is very thorough. I am excited for my next exam, which is Friday!

This is the only company in the town the next is 45 mins away, and they refuse to take certain medicaid you can change your plan so that you can see them but then you have to change it back to see your doctor cause 1 takes this and the other takes that. They also refuse to give you their last name if you tell them you are going to review or report them. Very unprofessional. I will be reporting to the insurance boards for this and Karri M. and she was very proud of herself i will have to look up the laws but I am pretty sure she legally has to give her full name for review. Not sure could be wrong but it is very tacky of her. I know there are a lot of people who were affected by covid and no longer have home much less cars to drive 45 mins to an hour to the next town and with this being the only eye dr they should be required to accept ALL medicaid insurance because that is for underprivileged and poor people who cannot afford to "cash pay" as she suggested to me. If everyone blackballs them they will have no choice but to accept ALL so they can stay in business or they will close and we can get an affordable eye doctor here. Please do not use so they will have to help these poor people.

Staff is wonderful and very friendly. They didn't laugh at all when I told them I was hit in the eye with a marshmallow! :) Dr Hollingsworth was very friendly and listened and was thorough in his examination.

Professional. Help you pick out frames. Friendly and very organized. Physician is fast and concerned about the health of your eyes.
