They were able to work me in on short notice and we're very kind, thoughtful, and thorough. The facility is nice, and the equipment is top notch. The doctor took time to explain and discuss my issues and concerns and showed great knowledge and interest. Will definitely be making a permanent switch to this practice.

Really enjoyed my visit. From the ladies up front that checked me in and the technician that ran the tests for the doctor. All were very helpful and friendly. He engaged me in conversation about why I came for a visit. Found a small issue and completely explained what it was and how they would monitor it. Then the gentleman that helped me with my glasses selection was very helpful. Explained what I was looking for in glasses and pulled selections for me. Thank you all!! Highly recommend.

Very positive experience. They fitted me in at short notice, same day as a new patient The location is clean and tidy, the staff are super nice and professional. They explained every eye procedure performed & addressed any questions I had. Dr Chambliss was very thorough and explained any condition that might need future treatment.

VIEW Brenham is THE best! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had (and I ask a lot of questions!). They explain everything to you and they are great at their profession! The front desk girls were very friendly and get you in fast but through the whole appt I never felt rushed. Everyone took their time to make sure I was happy and got the care that I needed. I witnessed, while I was there, that they treat all of their patients like we've known each other for years. This was my 1st time here but I felt so welcome in such a friendly atmosphere. Dr Will impressed me with his skills! He works like he can do his job in his sleep. He is very thorough and can explain anything. I know he's in the right field and has a super bright future ahead of him. Winston was a charm from the get-go. He was my 1st encounter with the VIEW. I spoke with him when I made my appt over the phone. He was so chipper! It was great to talk to him - he can cheer anybody up. I felt kinda silly because I didn't have many answers for him but he turned things around, we got it done and I couldn't feel anything but happy. Winston also helped me pick out frames for my new glasses with honest opinions. I would have been there by myself for hours trying on the same frames over and over! Then he put together all I wanted for my lenses while demonstrating and answering questions. VIEW Brenham is affordable and has a great selection. It was a one stop shop for me! They are patient and treat you like friends and family. I left there feeling great and my wallet is too.

I cannot say enough about VIEW Brenham! Not only do they provide excellent routine eye care/maintenance but they also handled my son's corneal tear. Dr. Chambliss was patient & calm with a nervous teenager in extreme pain. He took the time to let my son calm down while he explained everything he was doing to assess the injury. VIEW Brenham was available any time this nervous mama had crazy questions too...we are so grateful to have to have such exceptional care in Brenham!

I can honestly say that I have never had an experience with a vision appointment like those I have received at View Brenham!!! For the ease of appointments, insurance benefits explanation to the time and patience the staff and providers have is on point. The doctor actually walked outside with me twice to test different contacts!!! Hands down best office around!!

Can't recommend Dr. Chambliss enough. He walked me through the entire exam, helped me pick out the right type of contacts and was very friendly. The staff was also very friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend!
