First I applaud the company for hiring more help! Second, my glasses were completed incorrect but Laura made sure I did not have to return and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I live in HARLINGEN so having to come back for an issue on the company's part would not have been a good outcome for me. (I was given progressive lenses on my glasses, which I told Edward I did not want)
Thanks Eye Mart Express for fixing the issue and not having me have to return.
I also got 2 pairs for $100 the competition (STANTON) wanted to offer 1 pair for $200.
