They got me in same day when I was having a problem with my eyes. They are super nice and helpful and they take great care of me. Nita is the absolute BEST at helping pick out frames that look great for me. Thank you for being the best!!!

The customer service and care that I have received at Clarke Eye Care in Burkburnett by far exceeds what I experienced with my previous Eye Care provider. The employees have been so kind and caring and have shown that my eye care is as important to them as it is to me. I ordered a new pair of glasses 2 weeks ago and picked them up this past Wednesday. I absolutely love them. I want to send a shout-out to Nita and Jae in Burkburnett for their assistance in my purchase.

Last year they were great and set up an appointment for this year. After going through the exam and picking glasses I was informed that they didn't take our insurance from last year and my total due was extremely higher. Would've gone somewhere else had I known

So let me start by saying this. I used to use Dr Morgan B Moore as my primary eye care physician. During that time Mr Morgan and his lovely staff did me wonders and I thank them for their care. However Since Clarke eye care took over. Not only is it impossible to try and get them to answer the phone having to dial the Wichita line just to get them to transfer me over to get someone to finally answer but the service is horrible I hate to be so negative because a lot of these people used to help me so well when it was under Dr. Morgan but now. For starters the phone answer it. 2nd the hours of business who is only open from 1pm till 5:30 on Mondays 3rd I had a warranty through my glasses handled by them took nearly 3weeks just to get lenses that's ridiculous longest I've ever waited for just lenses not even the frames even after that I had to take the glasses to a different eye care clinic to have them fixed and put in properly because the screws on the legs to tighten the frames was stripped out had to heat up the screw just to get it out. I'm sorry to say I'll be going else where with my business because I need a professional to do the job right the first time not have others having to clean up their mess because their never available to contact. The only reason I wrote this is to express to others that if you think that it was a random coincidence it's not. Again I'm sorry to the workers that used to work with Mr. Morgan I know your probably doing your best.
