I've been a consistent patient at the Cedar Hill location for years and have always returned because I previously received good care. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but my experience with the doctor felt rushed and impersonal. There was barely a greeting, and the appointment felt more like getting me in and out rather than addressing my concerns. I clearly mentioned that I wanted a stronger prescription than what I had before, but when I picked up my updated prescription, my vision was actually worse. I couldn't see clearly, and it did not help at all.
Because of this, I ended up going to the Arlington location after it was recommended to me. The experience there was completely different. The front desk staff was welcoming, and the male doctor I saw was thorough, patient, and genuinely attentive. I finally received the care I needed.
I'm disappointed that my long-standing experience at the Cedar Hill location has changed, but I'm grateful the Arlington location was able to provide the quality care I was looking for.

This was my first time using this location and I must say I will definitely use them again. First off they took me as a walk-in and squeezed me in an open spot. The staff was very friendly and patient as they got me in there system. My insurance is VSP and that was no problem for them. They recommended a retina x-ray which checks the health of my eyes and it was very neat to see. The Droctor took the time to explain everything about the x-ray to me. I can't say enough how polite and welcoming the staff was. I personally will be taking my whole family the next any of them need eye care. Thank yall again.

Every associate was kind, professional, and made me feel truly cared for from start to finish. They took the time to listen and provided a personalized experience, not a rushed one. My contact lenses were delayed because of the holidays, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in the meantime. That meant a lot to me and really showed how much they care about their patients. Please continue being amazing; it does not go unnoticed!

I happen to find this place when I had issues with my last eye doctor's office personnel (they were rude and would block my insurance from purchasing eye glasses outside their office). I figure I would give this place a try. And I'm glad I did. The officer personnel are friendly, helpful, and professional. The manager is very helpful. I had an issue and she quickly resolved it. The doctors are helpful and professional. Getting an appointment is quick and easy, With the previous eye doctor, it took months to get an eye appointment. And, it's next to my favorite eye glass place, where I've been buying glasses for over a decade.
I recommend this place. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional .. from the front office, to the manager, to the doctors and to all the other staff workers that are there.

Front office staff is very nice. However, they will not see you unless you consent to their $49 retina scan/imaging service. When we told them we just wanted to do the refraction and basic vision exam, they said the doctors will not see the patient without the full imaging being done. While I understand it gives a fuller picture of eye health, it feels like a nickel and diming scheme. In the past, we've just done this every other year and been just fine at every other doctor.

This is the WORST billing experience ever!!! They find any reason to set up a new appointment so they can charge you fees/copays. I went in with one insurance and they used another so be careful with the information given. They don't disclose this until you're at the appointment. Bianca was awful!!!! She was not helpful or pleasant to deal with. She noted that I needed another appointment and clearly the additional concern that I had was able to be resolved at the same appointment. So the dishonesty is not okay.I would NEVER EVER go back to this location. Beware of their separate visit fraud.
