I just want to leave a review that I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Corey Huynh yesterday. Really appreciate him being straightforward and honest and not upselling anything. I went to Lakeline Vision Source because I felt a previous eye clinic I went to was pricing/selling more than I needed! Also, from beginning to end, the staff I spoke to on the phone and met in person at the clinic were polite, friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions before I booked an appointment and they handled very well! Also, the clinic itself is upscale, modern and has a nice atmosphere. Just want to say I had a really good experience here compared to other eye clinics I've been to in the past years!

I love this place! They have a great selection of frames. The appointments are quick and easy, and everyone is sooo nice! They have a drive thru for glasses and contacts pick up, but I have my contacts shipped to my home free of charge. :) Today, they're cutting lenses for my frames that I provided - while I wait. They also treat eye emergencies like corneal abrasion or pink eye. They have an EV charger outside, and dedicated motorcycle parking spot. Coffee, tea and WiFi - and the vibe is modern and happy with some Austin flair.

Lakeline Vision Source in Cedar Park was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I went in for a routine eye exam and to get some new glasses, and everything about the visit was smooth, comfortable, and easy. My optometrist, Corey, was incredibly helpful and thorough. He let me know that my current prescription was actually a bit too strong and adjusted it down a notch, which immediately made sense given what I'd been experiencing. I'd also been dealing with allergies and itchy eyes, and he recommended specific eye drops and eyelid wipes that have been extremely helpful. I really appreciated how attentive and informative he was without making anything feel rushed. Marcus was also amazing and helped me pick out some really stylish Ray-Bans. He went above and beyond by adjusting the glasses I wore to my appointment, making them way more comfortable than they'd ever been before. When my new glasses came in, the pickup process was quick and easy with no hassle at all. Overall, the whole experience was great. Everyone who works there is genuinely kind, professional, and makes the exam feel relaxed and straightforward. I'd absolutely recommend Lakeline Vision Source to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a friendly, welcoming environment.

I highly recommend Lakeline Vision Source to everyone. Dr. Hammond is kind, empathetic, and especially knowledgeable about dry eye disease, which is uncommon. From reception, treatment, to scheduling, everyone is wonderful and caring. Wait times are very short & the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. Give them a call!

My first experience coming in, all the staff was wonderful! I was greeted promptly, checked in fairly fast. The facility was immaculately clean, and all instruments were again cleaned in front of me before use. After expressing some financial hardship they were kind enough to waive a fee from a first time visit- This establishment sets the bar for others in a time that customer service has been dwindling. Saw Dr. Kevin Soong and he was punctual, professional, and addressed all my concerns with care. I look forward to recommending this establishment to others. Don't hesitate, make your appointment! You won't be disappointed in any way.

I've been a patient here for over 20 years, and I can say without hesitation that the level of care and expertise is exceptional. The entire eye care team is truly outstanding--thorough, highly knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to explain conditions, treatment options, and long-term eye health in a clear and reassuring way. Beyond this level of clinical excellence, the overall experience is consistently impressive. The building itself is modern, welcoming, and immaculately maintained, reflecting the professionalism and attention to detail of the entire practice. From check-in to checkout, the staff is courteous, efficient, and genuinely cares about patient comfort. It's rare to find a practice that maintains such high standards over decades, but this one absolutely does. I'm grateful for the outstanding care I've received over the years and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking top-tier eye care services.

I took my daughter to this clinic for an eye exam last month with Dr. Kodukula. After the exam, they pressured us to immediately sign a 2-year contract for their Treehouse myopia control program costing $3,400 ($1,700 per year). I asked for some time to think about it and declined to sign on the spot. Later, I called and asked them to email my daughter's prescription since I had already paid for the exam and lens fitting. The staff initially told me they would not provide the prescription unless we enrolled in their $3,400 program, which was very concerning. After insisting, they said they would send the glasses prescription the same day, but nothing was sent. When I called again on March 4, 2026, another employee told me to go to another provider. After the call was supposedly disconnected, I could still hear two employees from the contact lens department talking. They began mocking and insulting me, calling me "crazy" and making other rude remarks while laughing. One of them even said "Dr. K wants to get rid of her." This continued for several minutes until they realized I was still on the line and quickly ended the call saying OMG I think she's recording, This level of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a patient is shocking, especially from a medical clinic. I also understand that under the Eyeglass Rule and Contact Lens Rule, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, patients are entitled to receive their prescription after an exam and fitting. Refusing to provide it unless a patient enrolls in an expensive program raises serious compliance concerns. I do not recommend this place. In my experience, they seemed more focused on pushing expensive programs than treating patients with professionalism and respect.

What a great experience! Very organized and thorough. When it came to selecting the right frames, Marcus was instrumental in helping to choose the look that was best for me. - So talented and appreciated- no need to FaceTime a friend or get suggestions from others with his help. :)
