Dr. Young was a breath of fresh air. She's not only very knowledgeable in her profession but also has a sunshine and positive personality that makes the patient feel at ease. Dr. Young found something new that was on my left eye. She assured me it was not something to worry about but logged it in my record to monitor. I truly enjoyed and appreciate her wonderful attitude which made my exam pleasurable. Also, the young lady who did the preliminary exam and the receptionist were very pleasant and nice to work with. The entire staff that dealt with me was great. Highly recommend Houston Eye Associates.

The wait time is consistently long often 45 minutes to an hour or more for follow-up appointments with the ophthalmologist. Staff does not provide an update stating provider is running late. Please be prepared, as being seen immediately is unlikely. Provider is thorough and caring.

Dr Young is amazing, very friendly and makes you fell completely comfortable. She takes the time to explain everything she's doing and lets you know what to expect. I've been to other eye doctors and they make you feel like a number as they rush you through their office. This was not the experience I received at Houston Eye Associates.
