Dr. Tad Billmire

Couldn't even get seen by the doctor. It was so dead that I wasn't even sure if the business was open, and yet they told me it was by appointment only. I'm pretty sure the doctor wants to make money. Not sure how your receptionists turning away paying customers can benefit you. I won't be returning. If I'm going to make an appointment, it's going to be at an establishment that doesn't have paint peeling off the walls and rude staff.

Hadn't seen an eye doctor in over 15 years. Figured it was time . Just a great comfortable experience. Doctor was awesome! Kinda old school but if it ain't broke ...Staff was friendly and kind. Young so be patient with them. Prices are fair with minimal insurance. Not sure about prices without. I will definitely be using them again!

Visited in June '24. Dr. was friendly and knowledgeable, office staff was very kind and answered all questions. After picking frames, doc came in and made sure they lined up correctly. Great experience and reasonably priced.

This is just not any dr he and his staff have a speacil place in my heart i was literally going blind couldnt watch much tv couldnt be on my phone this trouble me so bad i hit rock bottom depression i came to this dr needing i thought just glasses when he told me no about glasses i needed surgery well im here today i had both eyes left eye just done yesterday i will forever be grateful to Jesus and and to this awsome dr i can see i have referred him to all my friends and family the ladies working in office as soon as u walk in u r greeted with kindness very professional they work with me so much this dr not in it for the money hes actually one of the older drs that actually wonts to help his patients and cares thank all of u again god bless each everyone of yall very clean very professional and very kind hearted he will now be our family eye dr i gave 5 stars as they all surely deserve it thank yall for letting me share him as like i said depressi

The dr is old school fabulous but the office staff is rude and incompetent. Couldn't tell me what my out of pocket was going to be (like every other vision/dr can) she was just rude. When I told her to just cancel my appointment she she great have a nice day and hung up.

I, unfortunately had to search for contacts while on vacation. I have astigmatism so it's harder for me to find the contacts needed. After going to SEVERAL eye doctors, Dr. Billmire was the only one who was able to help me. The staff was so sweet, nice and knowledgeable. They helped me immediately where others didn't even bother to try. If I lived here, I wouldn't trust anyone BUT them with my eyes. Thanks again for such amazing service and help

although the dr is nice and the office prices for no insurance patients is great, the staff is rude. the front desk girl rolled her her eyes at me when i told her i didn't have insurance. i asked her a question and had to get her attention twice because she wasn't listening. then when she responded she was snappy and rude. Been going there for years but after that I never went back.

Really good doctor. The ladies that are at the front desk are really very friendly also.. They all try to be very accomodating. Just all around good people..
