First time to Stanton optical and I couldn't recommend it more. From the customer service to the wait time the experience was incredible. I left there with contacts, glasses and my previous glasses fixed all within 1 hour and 20 minutes if I could give them a 10 star rating I would! They are budget friendly too! I'll definitely be back!

I was worried at first after hearing that their walk-ins can end in either an inperson or virtual assessment, but I can confirm that this didn't effect the appointment in anyway. I was able to accurately get my prescription and left without any doubts. Although they say you'll have same day glasses, it does depend on whether or not they have your prescription on hand. I had to wait a few days for them to get mine in. But it wasn't an issue for me. Would highly reccommend, especially if you're looking for glasses on a budget, their $79 deal is worth it.

I had a great experience here...The prices for the glasses are very affordable... Everyone was so nice and the sales manager Leslie was very helpful, making the frame exchange for my son extremely easy, she even fixed my glasses to where they wouldn't keep slipping off my face! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'd like to share my recent experience regarding customer service at your location. On Tuesday I completed my eye exam and spent some time reviewing frame options. Although I waited approximately 30 minutes, there were several other customers ahead of me, which I understood. I informed the representative that I would return on Thursday to finalize my selection, and they confirmed my file would be held. I greatly appreciated that. When I returned on Thursday morning, there was only one customer present, which seemed like an idea time to complete my purchase. The representatives asked i had chosen my frames, and I confirmed that I had. However, after relieving the frames , I waited while they assisted the first customer. Shorty after another customer arrived and was immediately helped, despite arriving after me. I waited patiently, expecting to be assisted next, but the staff continued with full service for the new arrival. I returned the frames and walked out. I layer called to express my concern and was told that customer are assisted based on arrival time. Which clearly didn't recent what occurred that morning. I complete a review every 5 to 10 years . I hope this feedback help improve service and prioritize moving forward.

I came to the DeSoto location to finally get these eyes of mine checked and get me some glasses. The whole experience was really smooth and the office staff member Emily was a delight. The sales rep Shakir "Shak" was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. He hooked me right on up now I can get out in these streets and not be out riding blind. I would most definitely recommend that you stop by and see what kind of deals that you can use to get you right!!

Joshua is the truth and knows his stuff. From the moment I got there he was very helpful and very energetic. I was already having a good day but after leaving there he made it even better. I would most definitely recommend him and this location to anyone needing glasses or just an eye exam!!!

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Stanton Optical. The location was disorganized, the wait time was excessive even with an appointment, and the overall customer service was poor. Staff seemed rushed and inattentive, and I did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously in regards to my niece. Communication was also an issue--I received little to no follow-up regarding my order, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. For a business that provides healthcare-related services, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and efficiency. I would not recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great Customer Service! Hector helped me out and he was very patient and took his time , did not felt rush at all. Love coming to this location!
