The staff was really polite and helpful through the eye exam process and It didnt take long as I went early in the morning. The doctor is awesome and gives you all the information you need about your eyes and addresses all questions that you have. When it came to pick out glasses the staff was very knowledgeable about the lenses and also show the wide barista of frame they offer. They also explained the benefits and offers that came with the insurance so choosing the frame wouldn't be too much. It was a good experience been going there for several years and never had a bad experience. And also the new eye pressure test they use is so much better than the old one; it does not give you anxiety waiting for the air to hit your face it is very fast and you can barely feel it.

The doctor himself if awesome. But the rest of the staff is horrible! I took my daughter and waited 4 hours to be seen, we have medicade and I thought it was weird they still made me pay a $35 fee and we were told we wouldn't be seen if we didn't pay that and it was not covered by insurance. Not sure what scam is going on but I dont recommend this place.

I haven't gone to the eye doctor in long while, so i was a bit nervous. The front desk lady was so nice and helpful! The eye exam lady I think her name was Nicole, she was such a sweetheart. She showed professionalism, dedication, and perseverance!! I would so recommend my family and friends to this amazing place!

Placed an official complaint with front desk, had called a week prior to set up an appointment for my kids, I was called twice on the day of the appointment to confirm, once I was at the office after filling out all paperwork was told that I only had one appointment and if my other children wanted to be seen it was a 1-2 hour wait. On top of this after telling them it was ok I would only get two seen, they took in a lady and her daughter that had their appointment 40 minutes after mine because the DR. Knew them and came to greet them when they arrived. Super horrible experience.

Terrible service at the front desk. The lady tells me leave my info so I only to find out I didn't leave the correct info. She only tells me when I arrive for my appointment that I forgot to put everything. When I was there all she was phone, dob, and name.

If I could give them zero stars I would. These people find a way to charge you for an eye exam that supposedly no insurance covers, yet when I called Medicaid asking about this, they were dumbfounded to learn they still get about $40 out of me any time my son has to replace his glasses due to damage. EVERY TIME. I feel like these people don't even give a fair chance to kids that need glasses because they're too busy pocketing money from an exam scam lol Thankfully Medicaid will be calling them soon to educate them

Dr. Guillen is the absolute best, unfortunately I cannot say the same about his staff. I have never used medical insurance with them yet they had a medical insurance on file i have NEVER had. Upon arrival I questioned about it and all the receptionist kept saying was "it's a mistake" while making facial expressions. Dr. Guillen and/or management should consider providing proper training to their staff to improve their patient care.

The girls in the front are extremely rude. They lack basic customer service and a good attitude. They are very unprofessional and unrefined.
